This Privacy Policy explains how Upright Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Upright Digital," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the AIQ Global Energy Soirée (the "Event") and this website.

Upright Digital is a U.S.-based company. This Event is held in the United Arab Emirates, but all attendee data is collected, stored, and processed by Upright Digital and its service providers in accordance with applicable U.S. law. Attendees and sponsors located outside the United States acknowledge that their information will be processed in the United States under U.S. law.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, company, and title, when you register for a pass, are registered by a sponsor, or are imported from a partner guest list
• Sponsor company contact emails, when a sponsoring company submits an approved guest list
• Messages and contact details you submit through our contact form
• Check-in status and timestamp, recorded when you arrive at the Event
• Your IP address, processed transiently to limit repeated sign-in and registration-code attempts. It is not stored against your registration record

We do not collect payment card information directly. We do not use advertising pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking on this site, and we do not sell your information.

How We Use Information

To process and confirm your registration and generate your entry QR code

To check you in at the Event and manage guest lists on behalf of sponsoring companies

To send confirmations, reminders, and event-related communications

To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form

To maintain the security and integrity of the registration process

Who We Share Information With

We share information with a limited number of service providers who help us run the Event and this site:

• Supabase - our database provider, which stores registration records
• Resend - our email provider, which delivers confirmation, reminder, and other transactional emails on our behalf

Stripe: our payment processor, used where a pass requires payment. Stripe receives your name and email address and collects your card details directly on its own secure hosted checkout page. Card numbers are never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on this website

Vercel: our hosting provider, which serves this website and provides aggregate, cookieless analytics

AIQ- the Event's title partner. AIQ receives the attendee list (name, email address, phone number, company, and title) for event coordination, communication, and follow-up. AIQ is the only sponsor that receives the full attendee list.

A sponsoring company can see the guests it has registered through its own sponsor portal. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain registration data for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Event and a limited period afterward for record-keeping and follow-up communications. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Website Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how this site is used in aggregate. This tool is privacy-preserving by design. It does not set cookies, does not use device fingerprinting, and does not create profiles or track you across other websites. The data we see is aggregate statistics only, never information that identifies you individually.

Your Choices

Every event email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or opt out of future emails, by contacting us directly.

Photography & Media

The Event may be recorded and photographed for documentation and promotional purposes, as described in the Terms & Conditions presented at registration. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness by Upright Digital and event sponsors and media partners where authorized in writing by Upright Digital, in connection with event communications and marketing.

Children's Privacy

This Event and website are intended for business professionals attending in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
