Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your participation, or your company's participation as a sponsor, in the AIQ Global Energy Soirée (the "Event"), organized by Upright Digital. By using this site or registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms.

Invitation-Only Event

The Event is invitation-only. Upright Digital reserves the right to verify, approve, or decline any registration at its discretion in order to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of the Event.

Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering, whether registering yourself, being registered by a sponsoring company, or being imported from a partner guest list. Sponsoring companies are responsible for the accuracy of guest information they submit on behalf of their invitees.

Event Attendance Terms

Additional terms specific to attending the Event — including admission requirements, code of conduct, photography and media consent, liability, and event modifications — are presented and must be accepted during registration. Those terms are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Sponsorship Terms

Sponsorship packages, pricing, and included benefits are described in our current sponsorship brochure and are confirmed in writing with each sponsoring company. Sponsorship fees are currently invoiced and paid offline. When online payment becomes available, all payments will be processed through our payment processor's secure hosted checkout — we will never collect or store card details directly on this site. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and the AIQ and Upright Digital names and marks — belongs to Upright Digital and its partners and may not be used without permission. Sponsor and partner logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website and the Event are provided on an "as is" basis. Event details, schedules, and programming are subject to change at the discretion of Upright Digital and venue management. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upright Digital, AIQ, and their partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or attendance at the Event.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as new features (such as online sponsorship payment) go live. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Upright Digital's registered jurisdiction. This clause will be finalized prior to launch of online payment processing.
